Executive Summary

Bates Wells are seeking a Senior Business Development and Marketing Executive to join their busy BDM team for a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract.

Key responsibilities

In this position you will:

  • Work alongside senior stakeholders to deliver tenders and pitches.
  • Create, manage, edit, revise and proof marketing materials.
  • Lead on our award submissions strategy.
  • Collate information on clients and produce briefing notes for partner conferences, speaker events and/or business development trips/client meetings.
  • Support the Business Development & Marketing managers in the delivery of targeted BD and marketing campaigns.
  • Event management from planning to execution and reporting.
  • Support the key client programme.
  • Delivering sector and group campaigns across various channels.
  • Support the wider BDM team with any additional projects.

Specific tasks may change over time, so we’ll need you to be adaptable and flexible as we continue to meet our clients’ needs.
